Lady Gaga’s Rolling Stone, Elle and Cosmo covers were all best-sellers, which helped increase magazine sales. So it is no surprise that she will grace the March cover of US Vogue. Wearing Haider Ackermann with bleached brows and a pink wig, Clara Bow style… she is sure to continue to boost magazine sales.

To My Valentine…

Some people have a weakness for jewelry, others prefer lingerie or a romantic dinner… I love vintage french erotica. Here are some of my favorites.
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Vogue begins the new year with a “Kate Moss Special” in the January 2011 issue of Vogue Nippon, which captures the British model’s career in candid photographs taken over the years. Shot by Mario Testino, they are styled with a little rocker chic with a feminine romantic vibe… not unlike Kate herself.

I love Kim Høltermand’s minimalist moody photographs. When he’s not snapping architectural and landscape photos, (no joke) he works as a real-life CSI for The Danish National Police. (In case you were wondering, this series of photos were shot at several locations in and around Copenhagen.)

Model-pretty in the NY heatwave

The Sartorialist: Heat Wave, New York City

This is one of my all-time favorite “model-pretty” photos of NYC. What I mean by model-pretty is that it looks staged though it isn’t.

Heat Wave!

Cooling off at Washington Square Park (Photo: Vasilios Sfinarolakis)

The temperature reached 103 degrees in Central Park today breaking the former record high of 101 degrees set in 1999. Brace yourselves… tomorrow’s more of the same.
